The Stone Organisation was founded in May 2018 by then 20 year old Dylan J. Stone. The Stone Organisation took ownership of 'Cafe Lanas' in Broken Hill on 28 May 2018. The cafe was renamed 'Stone's on Argent Cafe', and soon after a second business 'A Stone's Throw Catering' was established to provide catering services.
